8 Bit RLE

General RLE procedures base on the standard unit byte, according to the configuration of usual computer systems and appropriate data formats. I.e. both the set of symbols and the size of the counter are limited to 256.

8 Bit Coding Scheme:

If data not containing repetitions are coded by this scheme, their volume would be doubled. A more practicable approach should provide mechanisms to process such data segments.
