Repetition of Lines

The general principle to replace identical pixels by the number of repititions, could be transformed to a line-level. Especially sketches and technical drawings consist of contents that would profit from this functionality.

Such a line repetition could be initiated by a dedicated marker, but it would reduce the range of values for the remaining contents. It is not well-known wether this is used in common formats.
