MPEG-1 Audio: Entropy Coding

If the contents is encoded according to the layer III standard, then the option is available to apply a conventional entropy coding. The Huffman code will be used to eliminate redundancy which does not contribute to information. This procedure is completely reversible and does not affect the audible contents.
